Our welding machines were designed and developed by us to specifically manufacture stainless steel tube in our range of sizes and thicknesses. These machines give us the ability to manufacture tube with a straight uniform seam that bonds the stainless steel perfectly and continuously. The weld seam on our tube can withstand massive pressures and has been hydrostatically tested to over 150 Bar. We have a total of 7 welding production lines, which means no order is too large for us.
The drawing and redrawing process is where our tube really stands apart from other manufacturers. We use both internal and external dies to form the tube flawlessly, making it perfectly round and with diameter tolerances of up to 0.01mm. Our dies are made in-house from special materials to ensure an immaculate finish on both the inside and outside tube surfaces.
After welding and drawing the tube to the precise specifications of the customer, the tube is then straightened from coil into lengths of up to 6 m, passed through a laser diameter checker, and automatically cut to size.
